Good morning, it has started snowing here today, i suppose its at least not raining but the ground is so wet, my poor chickens, sheep and rabbits.  i am sat watching Lili of the valley on Create and Craft i do love to watch for inspiration and they are bound to have brilliant idea's.  yesterday i made a box card, my first one so heres' the template and the base card, i just need to decorate it so watch this space.

 the card folds flat for posting and to fit in an envelope.  i did a close up so that you could see the measurements, it's 7cm each section across.  well must go chill then work, bye for now x

Hi all, i have made a few cards today, i got some of my Hunkydory kits out and sorted a bit more of my craft room, i am moving it back down stairs now, too cold and lonely upstairs and the dogs howl down stairs but won't stay upstairs with me, so i decided to leave my Christmas stuff upstairs and the rest downstairs into my new drawer unit i had free from a school clearance skip, pics when i have time to tidy a bit.

the cards are from the Hunkydory Eastern Promise kit that i had for Christmas.  Here is a tip for saving money, i made the "candi dots" by punching out dots with a hole punch then place on a foam mat reverse side up and rub in circles round and round with a large embossing ball tool.  Must go i have 2 dogs pushing me with their noses, i need a bigger settee i think, cuddles coming up, byeee.

Hi everyone, what a horrible wet day, on the plus side i have done a bit of crafting.

they are mainly Hunkydory kits except the top middle which is Kanban toppers, i am now about to start a Art journal diary, it will have a double page with a shape for each day of the month to write on, i recently joined a facebook page which is just about Art Journals so have been inspired to start, background done, watch this space.  I then was having a cuddle on the sofa with Molly and Scooby my dogs and i nodded off so i must have needed it.  Now time for a cuppa and a bit of tv and doodling, catch you again.

morning, it is sooooo cold, just been to let the chickens out and had to break the ice on the water, then fed the rabbits and had to defrost the drinking bottles and refil, i do not like cold all the bones ache but roll on spring, soon be here and there are so many pretty patterns created by nature in the frost and snow.  Well i have been given a chance to use some digi stamps for cards, they are from Zen Creations, Ian Wharton designed them.  What do you think?

Well it's a while since i have been on here, i wasn't very well, then had my Mum in hospital very ill and she sadly passed away so kinda lost my mojo a bit and lack of time and energy.  Hope you all had a super Christmas and a Happy New Year to you all.

I have been having a play with some of my Christmas presents, an owl paper punch from Stampin up and some flowers made by using a Dreamee's stamp and cutting out and layering up.

Knitted bottle hats

Wow is this weather gorgeous but too hot to craft much, i have managed to do a bit of knitting in the shade, i am knitting hats for Innocent Smoothie bottles in aid of Age UK, not really the weather to knit wooley hats but i need time to make a few for the cause, these are my first two i have knitted, more to come.
